We've just finished our second jar of Spicy Tomato with Fennel (from 2nd 3-pack) and I have to tell you that it is just perfect for us. We love the bright flavor of the tomatoes with the right amount of heat and the whisper of fennel---delicious! I wouldn't say it's my favorite of the three sauces, just because we love them all. I keep hoping there will be a First Bloom in New York, will just have to find my way over to the new store when open.

This is the best pasta sauce I’ve ever had. The fennel and spice are perfectly balanced, and even though it’s “just” a canned tomato sauce, it tastes so fresh. I don’t put anything else on my pasta when I use this sauce (not even cheese!) because it’s perfect already. Everyone I’ve shared it with is similarly impressed. Thank you, First Bloom!

Roman’s products ship directly from our Brooklyn warehouse to you.
Do you ship everywhere?
Right now, we only ship within the United States. International friends: see you, we love you, and we’re working on it.
How much does shipping cost?
Turns out jarred tomato sauce is both heavy and fragile! We charge a flat fee per 3-pack at checkout to cover some of the costs of packaging, shipping, and handling with care, but are happy to offer free shipping on all orders over $70.
When will I get my order?
Orders are usually processed within 2 business days. Once shipped, most packages arrive in 3–7 business days depending on where you live. If you’re in NYC we offer same day delivery (Monday–Friday on orders placed by 3 p.m.). You'll get tracking info so you can refresh it obsessively (we do the same).
Can I track my package?
Yes! A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.
What if a jar arrives broken?
Take a photo and send it to hello@cookwithromans.com with your order number—we'll replace it.
What if my package is late or missing?
Sometimes shipping carriers have their own agenda. If it looks truly lost, email us at hello@cookwithromans.com and we'll do our best to figure it out.
Do you offer local pickup?
Not right now—everything ships from our Brooklyn warehouse, straight to your door.
