Ingredients
Classic Tomato and Garlic: crushed tomatoes, water, fresh onion, olive oil, fresh garlic, kosher salt, black pepper.

Spicy Tomato with Fennel: crushed tomatoes, water, fresh fennel bulb, fresh onion, olive oil, fresh garlic, kosher salt, fennel seed, crushed red pepper flakes, black pepper.

Caramelized Shallot and Anchovy: crushed tomatoes, water, fresh shallot, anchovies, olive oil, fresh garlic, kosher salt, black pepper. CONTAINS: FISH (ANCHOVY).
How to use
Each of our sauces is perfect for dressing a large bowl of al dente pasta, starting a quick weeknight ragù, or layering into your famous baked ziti. Plenty of grated hard cheese not necessary, but much appreciated.

    Love having three choices on hand…

    Loved all three sauces. As someone who has made the shallot pasta sauce several times… I loved how anchovy it was, but I wanted more shallots like when I make it at home. All three were delicious, taste homemade, and have quality ingredients.

    And as a weird side, I made your lemon shortbread today as well… team Roman over here…

    Great gift!

    Ordered these so many times (and most recently the pack version with pasta). This is the perfect gift for people who love to eat but can not cook. And theyre all delicious, obviously.

Where do you ship from?

Roman’s products ship directly from our Brooklyn warehouse to you.

Do you ship everywhere?

Right now, we only ship within the United States. International friends: see you, we love you, and we’re working on it.

How much does shipping cost?

Turns out jarred tomato sauce is both heavy and fragile! We charge a flat fee per 3-pack at checkout to cover some of the costs of packaging, shipping, and handling with care, but are happy to offer free shipping on all orders over $70.

When will I get my order?

Orders are usually processed within 2 business days. Once shipped, most packages arrive in 3–7 business days depending on where you live. If you’re in NYC we offer same day delivery (Monday–Friday on orders placed by 3 p.m.). You'll get tracking info so you can refresh it obsessively (we do the same).

Can I track my package?

Yes! A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.

What if a jar arrives broken?

Take a photo and send it to hello@cookwithromans.com with your order number—we'll replace it.

What if my package is late or missing?

Sometimes shipping carriers have their own agenda. If it looks truly lost, email us at hello@cookwithromans.com and we'll do our best to figure it out.

Do you offer local pickup?

Not right now—everything ships from our Brooklyn warehouse, straight to your door.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?
